When will I get my order?
Orders arrive in around 17 days. Each piece is made to order, so please allow time for the artisan’s process and international delivery.
What is the return policy?
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. We simply ask that you cover the return shipping to our address in South Carolina, USA.
Where are your products made?
All of our pieces are handmade in central Vietnam, in the Kim Bong woodcarving tradition near the historic town of Hoi An - a region known for centuries of master craftsmanship.
How much does shipping cost and where do you deliver?
We offer free shipping anywhere within the continental United States. We don't currently deliver anywhere outside of the continental United States.
What makes each piece unique?
Every Soul Craft Co. piece is carved and painted by hand, using sustainably sourced wood. Natural variations in color, grain, and detailing make each one completely one of a kind.
